No fee is charged for cancellation made prior to 21 days before the arrival date.

Any cancellation made within: 1 to 20 days results in 35% charge of the stay for stays longer than 3 nights, or 100% charge for stays up to 2 nights.

No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the whole stay
